Built on the original sand dunes of City Beach, Dune showcases linear symmetry complemented with organic lines from the surrounding landscapes creating instant street appeal. Our designers took full advantage of the elevated topography to implement an extensive use of glass panels, maximising the client's views of the Indian Ocean.
