We utilise this approvals and documentation phase for our designers to connect with our extensive network of suppliers – sourcing the latest products available to develop the interiors of your home – a place where your personality can truly shine.
Construction Administration
Dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s
We have completed a full set of detailed working drawings and have negotiated with our sub-contractors and suppliers to achieve efficiency and best value to present our construction cost plan.
With the design and cost plan agreed we proceed to the relevant local authority for building permit approval.
We continue the interior design process to ensure the aesthetic preferences are working in cohesion with the home's architecture. We can also assist with interior furnishing selections including art, furniture and soft furnishings.

The commencement of construction is an exciting stage. We present to you the issued for construction drawings and introduce you to your construction team.
