Sanctuary

With privacy in mind, Sanctuary was designed to maximise the functionality of space making full use of the narrow lot. Sanctuary, due to it’s challenging topography, allowed our design team to explore their spatial design skills. A narrow lot is not a boundary to great design, with adequate skills and experience, the flow of a home and feeling of space are unconstrained by the size of the lot.

The outdoor space comprise a charming garden and a raised pool deck. Sanctuary was designed in a way to keep a constant connection between interior and exterior throughout the home allowing vision to the azure blue pool window drawing the gaze further in.
