Uniquely designed as a coastal home, featuring long white rendered balconies offset with ironbark cladding . Extensive use of full-height sliding doors allow the winter sun to fill the home with light, whilst double-glazing, underfloor heating and cross-ventilation were used to create a passive solar design. The crisp white interior was finished with limestone floors, recycled Oregon bench tops, bespoke gas fire and canopy.
